ArtZ,

Well, I stumbled across your post and the Mag 1.35 looks interesting. I see that it’s due out again around the end of October although I wonder how us USA folks can order it. Based on the infor. from the link, it appears to be restricted to “US” in the U.S. Is this truly the case or am I reading too much into this?

Regards,

I got mine from Tony Rose at Popflash. I love it. Using it with a 35 mm lens on a M8 is like looking through a M3 viewfinder with a 50mm.

Thanks, although I guess I'm missing it somehow. Were you able to locate it on his site or is it a call-in order thing?

Shooting with 2 eyes with my M8: probably the worst pictures I've ever done.

Just this one, because there is everything to avoid: bad shutter speed, wrong focus, and, obviously, not the right moment !

I keep it because it'll be hard to do it again !

:D

ROTFLOL :D :D :D

It also happened to me a couple of times at the beginning. Tough, I prefer to keep both eyes open now I'm used to it (and with the 1.35x magnifier). In many cases I've been able to reframe the scene because something was happening that I couldn't have seen if I only had one eye opened.

I think it's just a question of "getting used to" and personal preferance.
