alexjj Posted October 27, 2022 Share #1  Posted October 27, 2022 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Just developed a roll of HP5 and found there are black lines, or areas of high over exposure, on the film. They're not always equally spaced out but there are times when they're perfectly spaced out. I'm thinking that it's to do with the shutter, given the consistence of the width of the black line. Irregular spacing, although black lines are pretty consistent width. I have some colour rolls at the lab being developed so I'll see if the issue is reoccuring but am I right in thinking it's some issue with the shutter timings or getting stuck and a service/CLA would be needed? I've tried holding it up to a light whilst all open and opening the shutter but I can't tell anything.
