Jon Warwick Posted October 12, 2022 Share #1 Posted October 12, 2022 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I know for sure, with a 24mp M240 camera with output to 24x16” print, that I like grain settings in ACR to be “amount” +25, “size” +25, and “roughness” +50. Grain at that print size is barely perceptible, but I find it takes away the clinical look and high accutance of digital. Now - I am struggling to figure out what would be the “equivalent” settings when using my 47mp SL2 and 100mp Fuji to create the same look at that same print size. Any rule of thumb how to figure this out, taking into account the different megapixels, different pixel size, and down-sampling of the 47mp and 100mp cameras for that print size?
