I have this camera and 23mm and 55-35 lens . Having had DLSR for years it is an amazing upgrade to capturing shots of quality better than thousands do with those cameras and mobile phones daily . Leica dropping it is madness, as seen by Ricoh recent upgrade of the GR 3 one of the most popular and respected travel street and everyday cameras . Find a review, it copies the Leica TL2 ,  is not much smaller, but quality wise, handling and pictures are far poorer and with assessories will cost you £1.5k.  They will sell millions , as Leica never made big the Tl2 and 23mm is the best street camera ever . Oh and Ricoh has dropped the viewfinder, you use the screen of poorer quality than the Leica , sound familiar , it’s a poor man’s TL2, which as ever with the GR 3 range will be hugely successful and respected ,. The lucky few with the TL2 will watch in amazement as that camera will quietly be forgotten, as the technological forward thinking camera it was, (and still is). Oh dear Leica,a pathfinder, now to Sadly loosing its class leading start of something big.

Leica should have given it a longer leash, adding a built in evf and fine tuning it through the years.  The Hasselblad X1D series perfected the on screen menu system and it works so well.

Sadly, Leica has also thrown in the towel on the T's more traditional cousin, the Leica CL.

I’ve had the original T, and now have the CL. The only reason keeping the CL over the T was it’s EVF.

Build a TL with integrated EVF, sell it for the price which was the CL end of life pricing (slightly above X-Pro3), and they’d have some serious sale figures.

Ah. Could’ve would’ve should’ve. Don’t see the Leica APSC coming back. Hopes up for the new Lumix-Leica camera to be some sort of RF styled APSC or FF one.
