Will the M8 delay the R10?

And the 40*60 cm prints you showed me are excellent as well, Jaap. Therefore I'll stick to printing M8 files, and won't grab to 6*6 to easily. But maybe a R10...

Well, it does not quite fit in the "small box" catgory.

Well I am not exactly fit and young any more as I approach my 3 score years and ten but I have recently returned from clambering mountains in North Wales with a rucksack on my back containing R9/DMR, 3 R zoom lenses and an LC1(D2), sandwiches, thermos flask and a small cagool. Did I mention a Manfrotto carbon fibre tripod too?

I regularly take to the streets with R9/DMR and a wide angle zoom for street/candid stuff.

I am just a wimp compared to the guys who take to the hills with 5x4 view camera, lens plus a very heavy tripod, but they get the results and also sell them for good money.

I just like to work a little bit for my modest acheivements as an amateur.

Off to Australia for 6 weeks next week, same kit as for Wales, but I will also put in a R70/200 instead of the thermos and sandwiches!

I doubt temperatures in Wales were up to 110 degrees...;) But in my case, add binoculars, torch, some clothes, spare shoes and toiletries and medical kit and water bottle to add up to 12 kgs in a small pack to fit into four- or six seater planes...... I'm still hoping for a high-grade 4/3rds sensor camera to take the 80-200 R lens on. That would be ideal.....
