M10 Monochrom randomly factory resets but somehow keeps track of the current time?

I just bought an M10M a week ago and on three separate occasions, the camera seems to factory reset overnight, and then prompts me to set a language, time zone, and date/time. I was looking at this thread, which talks about seemingly the same issue, and some people mentioned that it could be an issue with the internal battery/capacitor. However, that doesn't seem to be the case for me - if it were an internal battery/capacitor not holding charge, then the current date/time info should be completely wiped. But this is not the case - when the camera prompts me to enter a language, then choose time zone, then select the date/time, both the date and the time are correct - so I can just confirm and proceed. So I'm not quite sure what's causing this issue. My firmware is up to date. Thanks in advance!
