Brave! Now that you have only one lens in 28mm, you may wish to consider a 75mm FOV instead of a 35mm. IMO, less is more.

Caution, GAS is dangerous 😁.

I went back to the OP and the question was really between 28 and 35mm; good choice on the 28mm. You can always crop images shot with a 28mm. I used my 28mm less on my M9 because the frame lines were too close to the edges (I use spectacles). But with LV on my M11, I can now compose my shots accurately.

Hi @Edwin Ho, thanks for your replies!

Apologies for not getting back sooner. The last two weeks have been hectic over here in the UK with the sad passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Plenty to go out and shoot with the lead up to and at the lying-in-state.

I thought it was a rather drastic option too, but to be fair, I have not used the Q2 much since I got my M10-R, which I find much more enjoyable to shoot with, so it kind of made sense to me to swap out the Q2 for a nice 28mm on the M. Couple with the fact that I really didn't like how the Q2's autofocus behaves, and I find it's low light capability really not up to par compared with my M10-R... of course that is just my opinion when looking at the shots I am getting back.

I am tempted to let the 35mm Summarit-M f/2.5 go though now that I have the Summicron-M 28mm. I prefer the 28mm look, but at the same time, I am umming and ahhing about keeping it though... "just in case" LOL. I find 50mm and 75mm really boring for my own work, so I have skipped those and went with 90mm and 135mm.

I might think about adding a 21mm, although with it being quite similar to my 28mm, I might just pick up the 21mm f/1.4 from Voigtlander and have it as a more "specialist" lens rather than the everyday use one.
