I have no experience of using star tracker mounts, but they have to be aligned with the celestial pole (N or S) to work accurately.  In the northern hemisphere, that is usually by checking the location of the Pole Star, but in daylight that is rarely observable.  Check how to align a mount in daylight, or get up really early and set up your mount at night, and then wait for hours.  Also make sure that it has a solar tracking speed, as the Sun does not traverse the sky at quite the same rate as stars or the Moon.

Good luck!
