In a restaurant St. John's, Newfoundland, the eastern most part of North America.  There were two accordions, guitar and fiddle, and they played traditional Newfoundland music which is heavily filled with Celtic and Scottish accents. One of the accordions mostly played single notes, closely imitating a piper.
