ljskot Posted May 25, 2022 Share #1 Posted May 25, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) The frame selector lever on my M8 has come apart. Luckily it happened when I was paying attention so have all of the parts. Is there a simple way to put it back on?

Michael Geschlecht Posted May 26, 2022 Share #2 Posted May 26, 2022 Hello ljskot, Welcome to the Forum. How many parts do you have? If it is just the lever that you see when you are looking at the front of the camera & a screw with a flat round head: Place the lever over the thing sticking out of the camera where the botrtom of the lever was attached, so that it points up either straight or at a slight angle away from straight up. Then put the screw with the flat head in place & finger tighten it. Then let us know what happened. A photo is nice if you can. But it is not necessary. If there are other parts that are off/out of the camera: Please let us know what they are before beginning to put them back. Most likely, whatever it is: It is a simple fix. Before I attempt it I have attached a picture of my M8 and the pieces of the frame selector lever so you can confirm for me that I have all of the necessary parts. Welcome, dear visitor!
