Film Strap for International Leica Society

Just received my film strap from LHSA. It's a nice soft, smooth leather. It has been produced to resemble a film strip, with sprocket holes stamped on either side. There are two different versions, the filmstrip for North America only, and a different design for the rest of the world. I put mine on my M2-KS-15, adds a nice touch.

Not sure that is true. My 'film strip' version arrived in UK direct from Cypress last week. As a sustaining member of the International Society I would expect only one version worldwide. What do you think is special with the North American type?

I just looked at the LHSA web page where we can order the strap, but it has no information about the strap length. 

Does anyone know what the length is?  Can you request a specific length?

As standard, they are 100cm. I am sure if you order off the website you could get longer.
