Pardon me if I have missed it, but I understand from the Leica website that the new (blocky looking) Visoflex 2 is supposed to be compatible with the M10 models as well as the M11. My M10-M will arrive this week... I will want the Visoflex 2 for it as well, but I wasn't sure if the M10-M firmware has been updated to support the new Visoflex 2 as yet. What's the situation at present?

Many thanks!

Even after eventual FW update, resolution likely restricted by M10 electronics.

But you can’t see this with ignore list, unless quoted.

Of course, Jeff, I can always choose to see your posts any time I want to. Which isn't often. But thank you for the link.

Firmware updates just issued for M10 models for Visoflex 2 compatibility.  As expected, resolution is limited to same 2.4MP as the older Visoflex. Non-issue for me as an RF-only user.

The firmwear works fine. Using the visoflex2 allows me to better utilize my  ancient 135mm 2.8 for framing and focus. I wouldn’t have noticed the smaller image unless I had been told to look for it.

Thanks! Downloaded and installed already. :)

I went for the Visoflex 020 because, at least at the moment, I only have the M10 Monochrom to use it on, and the 020 works fine for my purposes and saved me a couple hundred dollars. In the future, should I buy an M11, I'll need to get the Visoflex 2 as well ... but then I'll have two bodies and will likely need a second one anyway. ;)
