And the final 5 photos are all of Leica enthusiast Richard Marchant's 1974 Alfa Romeo Montreal which he's owned since 1976 ... car was built in the main Alfa factory using decent steel so is not subject to the Alfa tin rot of that period which affects Alfa models built with Russian sourced steel. In 1974 the 2593cc V8 Montreal cost double the price of an E Type Jaguar hence not many were sold in the UK

Thanks for posting the images; a nice eclectic selection!

I, too, have had a soft-spot for the Montreal since I first saw one as a kid. Sort-of slightly more of an interesting proposition than 'just another' Ferrari...

Philip.

Alfa Montreal is one of Jay Leno's favourites. Richard M's Montreal has only 2 owners from new.

Now I know why I'm attracted to them - the shades of Muira in some areas :)

We had a Montreal at last year's "Italia" event at Prescott.  I hope it appears again this year.

Montreal has amazing 'blinking headlights'   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFjFmZm8GiY
