Advertisement Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 Hi jlm, Take a look here John Milch Adapter Questions. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
wlaidlaw Posted September 19, 2007 Share #22 Posted September 19, 2007 That's not a bad price either. I wonder who it is? I used to know all the major Zeiss dealers in HK. I note he also has a minty previous generation Nocti at $4699. Wilson My usual supplier in HK, Mr. Deacons, with whom I have had good dealings in the past has contacted me, to offer the ZM 18/4 Distagon at the same price ($1,050) as this eBay seller. He warns me however, that in a very inconvenient decision, Zeiss has decided to fit the 50/75 bayonet, so if you want to code it as a WATE, you would need to factor in Zeiss changing the bayonet at €60 + tax + P&P or buying one yourself €35 and losing your guarantee. There was a rumour that Zeiss were going to offer that you could order any ZM lens with the bayonet of your choice but I don't know if this is operational yet. When I get back to the UK next week, I will contact Bart at H A Baker and see if this is available yet. Wilson
