Advertisement (gone after registration)

Still going strong. Not sure of the shutter count but upward of 30k. With its most used lens; a 35mm Summilux pre-FLE Aspheric. Taken on an 1865 Grubb Stereo Lens fitted onto a Leica SL. Please add a photo of your (still hard working) M9😊, prefereably shot on something interesting. Mine really needs a clean🤔 especially the filter.

Here's my 3 in various states of wear from the beater daily carry to the pristine (although less so now) with the only brand new lens I have the 75mm Summarit f2.5, all have certified 2nd gen raplaced sensors.

My M9-P, which I've had for three months now, with my favourite 50, the Summicron Rigid. My first Leica, eight years ago, was also a silver M9-P so I regard it as 'still hard-working' even though it's not actually the same one. I'm very happy to have it again.

I never knew a Summicron Rigid worked with an M9?

It can with a small alteration, not much point as there is no live view for focussing 😉
