Mustafa Umut Sarac Posted March 3, 2022 Share #1  Posted March 3, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) As you might know , there is a thread at our German Forum on Hektor 13.5 / f 4.5 for 6x6. At above thread , there are excellent pictures also. At above thread a Hektor lens had been dissambled and attached to Mamiya C330.  First of all, I have to dissamble the lens as above and remove the long focusing tube. I could not find which screw to open and how to continue without damaging anything. Please help me ! AND ORIGINALLY, I WANT TO USE HEKTOR 13.5/F:4.5 AS 6X17 ANAMORPHIC CAMERA LENS. IF YOU WANT TO LEARN THE TECHNOLOGY , HAVE A LOOK IN TO ANAMORPHIC 6X17 PINHOLE CAMERAS. THANK YOU FOR HELPING HAND,  MUSTAFA UMUT SARAC ISTANBUL

romanus53 Posted March 3, 2022 Share #2  Posted March 3, 2022 (edited) Hi Mustafa, the head of all 135 Hektor can be unscrewed to use the head on ZOOAN or bellows, so there is no seperate screw. Some pictures of your lens and perhaps the camera or the part of it where the lens should be placed might be helpful. Welcome, dear visitor! I have 1954 or 1956 - I cant recall now - silver on black leather hektor 4.5 /13.5. As far I can see , all I need is to force two screws on the tubes to dissamble and get the - top left - small lens part without extension tubes and focusing rings. I will attach the TOP LEFT LENS , to the camera just like pinhole anamorphic camera body - WITHOUT PINHOLE LENS BUT WITH TOP LEFT DISSAMBLED HEKTOR 13.5 LENS. CAMERA USES 6X6X17 CM , 120 film , strips where a screw winds the 120 film by 17x6x6 parts. LENS AXIS AND FILM AXIS ARE PARALLEL AND FILM IS WINDED LIKE A CYLINDER AND LENS IN THE CENTER FIRES LIGHT IN TO THIS PARALLEL TO LENS AXIS , FILM CYLINDER. I will use lens at f:22 or more closed and film speed will be adjusted to ASA 1. It will make my exposure time few seconds or more on tripod.

Hi Mustafa, just unscrew the whole lens-head as visible on the pic in the top row; the screws you mention belong to the aperture ring and that should not be taken apart. Good luck!
