Hello everyone, I have recently purchased an M9 in excellent condition, with firmware 1.210. Did a more recent one come out? Where can I download it? And sorry for another question: do you know where to download the instruction manual, possibly in Italian? Thank you very much, a warm greeting, Roberto

Thanks Sandokan for your reply however on the Leica-camera site support it seems that the information on the M9 does not exist. There are those for the M 240, MD, M10, M11,etc, but nothing for the M9...maybe they are somewhere else...if someone can help me I thank him in advance

on page 5 there is Firmware Leica M-E (Ver. 1.210). I guess as the M-E was the same as the M9, this would be the one. But it seems you have that one anyway.

I’ve just checks my M9 and it has 1.216 which I’m pretty sure is the latest. The last two versions only added support for the 28mm Summaron and Thambar in the lens menu. There’s no point loading them if you don’t use those lenses.
