if you remove the front group then, with fully opened aperture you may reach outer the surface of rear group, this is the one which most probably is hazy,
Otherwise, remove  small screw (1) at the back of the tube, unscrew the rear part of the lens tube (2), with wrench spanner remove a small black tube  and then you may reach the rear group from behind. But I would firstly try to clean it through the aperture. Foto shows earlier version of Summitar, with round iris and one grove on the tube. I understand that you have hex iris and 2 groves on the tube. This one is slightly different than on the photo, but dissassembly is very similar.
If you will do it in this way take care not to loose steel balls if you pull the tube out of the mount. And inserting the lens tube into the mount might be a bit tricky, better to leave it there

Hi! I hope you managed to disassemble the Summitar successfully. If you have not, the link below helped me a lot when I faced the same problem. The page is in Japanese but there are pictures that will help you perform a full disassembly of the Summitar.

P.S. The rear lens group appears to be cemented. I did not manage to disassemble the rear group further. You would be better off just cleaning the rear element from the side of the aperture assembly after removing the front elements since it makes no difference. If anyone knows how to take apart the rear group, please let me know!
