Leica q2 deleted all of my images? For some reason the camera keeps freezing. After 60 seconds of still frozen, back light blinking, power on and off… I removed the battery. When I put the battery in I kept taking photos but noticed the previous photos had been deleted. Can I recover them somehow? Is this a glitch? Help?

1° pull out the card before you do anything with it

I can't tell you about the freezing issue, but it may be a problem with the SD card, try using another card to see if the same happens.
If same happens with other SD cards then you will need to contact Leica for further investigation.

Regarding the lost photos:
Use a computer with a file recovery program and run it on the SD card with the inaccessible photos to see if recoverable files show up.
If the file recovery program show files with a strange name/extention then run the program to recover them.
Once you have the recovered files you probably need to change the file extension to DNG or JPG to make your photo editing software able to open them.
Then you will see if they are still accessible or not.

If you don't have advanced computer knowledge and/or the lost photos are very important then you may find a specialist who tackle this job for you.
