george + Posted September 4, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted September 4, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) You may all know this, but if not, it may be of interest. Â I used to send my processed pictures from the PC using the Windows utility for this. It never worked too well and the colors were seldom right. Then it stopped working altogether. Â Uploading to one of the many free sites never always seems to take too long and I never had the quality I wanted. Besides, my distribution list is very small. Â I now make Adobe PTF-s of the images I want to send - typically a dozen or two - and they are very efficiently packaged and look great on the receiving end. Â Try it - if you need it - you may like it.

farnz Posted September 4, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted September 4, 2007 George, Â For clarity, do you mean PDFs (portable document format) or another less well known format? Â Pete.
george + Posted September 4, 2007 Author Share #3 Â Posted September 4, 2007 Yes Pete, I mean Adobe PDF. Â From Adobe Bridge I select the images I want to send, go to tools > Photoshop>PDF Presentation. Â And when given the options I select the smallest file size. It packs things very economically.
