edstock Posted July 8, 2021 Share #1  Posted July 8, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm talking about my R, f 4.2 105-280. I haven't used it in quite a while, so I hauled it out and attached my R 6.2. Now I remember why I almost always shot off a tripod. Wow. Of course I'm older with all the aches and pains associated with age, 78. I made some great images on slides with it, and sold a bunch. I'm faced with the realization that my usage of this lens in the future is problematical. Keh  Camera is coming to Las Vegas on a buying trip. I think I'll take it and some other equipment and get some cash.

I sold it and a R 135 f 4 along with my  black R 6.2 to KEH when they were in Vegas. Kept my R 7 and 80-200 f 4, 35-70 f 4 and 55 F 2.8 macro. That's enough.
