A few years back I picked this up, not sure what the origins are but hopefully someone has a clue towards the history of this. Feels like it's made from brass, quite a heavy plate and about half an inch thick. It's currently back home in Sydney Australia (I'm now over in the Philippines) but would love to hear feedback, or if anyone knows anything about this (origins, backstory, value etc).
