My Leica journey has gone as follows:

M8.2, M240, Q, M10, Q-P, Q2, M10-R, SL2, SL2-S

Three Q cameras. Sold them all. And now I'm back.. just bought the Q2 again.

Don't sell your Q2. You're just going to end up buying another one someday anyway, I guarantee it

I’ve had three Q2, two Q2M and several Q cameras.

the latest I bought mint condition hardly used for £3700 and £4100 for the Q2 and Q2M respectively. 

I’m happy to play the used market game, means I get to try different cameras out. Sometimes I make a profit selling it on sometimes I make a small loss - but not by much.

Sure I miss having an M10 and a Hasselblad 907X. But I can’t have it all, particularly now I invested so much into a pair of Sony A1

Where do you sell your used gear? I've been considering selling my Leica Q2 because I really don't use it very often. I'll turn it on for a weekend outing once every couple of weeks.

ebay have £1 final fee weekends, I wait for those - not sure everyone gets the deal though

I've heard so many horror stories about eBay and people scamming you using buyer protection that I would never consider selling anything on eBay.

I think, For all the high value items i have sold I met the buyer, most often at London Waterloo.

In your case, it can also be  - don't buy a Q because you will end up selling it.

You know what you like now! Not the cheapest way to find out, but hey you know you will enjoy the Q2 and it fits a need you have.

The best photos I have ever made these past three months had been with the Q2M but still I sold it after two months of use losing $1200 but that was because I bought a very expensive leather case for it I ended up just giving it away with the sale. No regrets. I recommend it to other people but it’s not the camera for me. It just one M10M and one M8.2 for color. No more looking.

I made that mistake with my M10M. Two months later I bought another one.

A great and expensive journey.  🌞.  What do you have left.  M10r - Sl2 - SL2s ? Or only Q2 ?  And why that choice? ☺️

Funny, I nearly decided to sell mine earlier this year.  I purchased a Fujifilm x100v because I prefer to shoot JPEG and do little post processing except cropping.  I wanted some other features that the Q2 lacks including USB charging, ND filters, flash and tilt screen, plus the film simulations and more settings for JPEG.  The Fuji shots were quite nice.  However, my Q2's were so much richer and seemed much sharper and lifelike.  The Q2 is here to stay.

Did you sell your M10 or you kept it?

Now i am at the starting point. Buy my first Q2 and thinking what about M Body M10 with M Lens or Sl2S and M Lens. i wonder would i buy M10 and regret and sell off.

I could not sell the Q2 or Q2 mono as they are close to perfect for me.  Unless of course the Q3 comes along.  Or, dare I dream, an interchangeable lens Q!

I had an X100T for a few years. My Q shots look richer and more detailed. 

I'm really not a fan of 28mm, so I've contemplated selling my Q several times, but when I look at the pictures I've taken I can't.

So far for my second leica camera m10 and pairing with 50mm, 35mm, 90mm lens.... I still feel that Q2 is relevant and no desire to sell it.
