Leica X2 reviews?

Hi everybody,

I am looking to buy a camera for my photography studies. I'm looking to buy a Leica X2, not sure if it fits my needs. Hope everyone who has used it, can you rate it for me?

Welcome Jordan,

There are members with relevant experience with the Leica X2. I have considerable experience of the X1 which you can access through my website here https://www.davidaskham.com/leica-x-series-my-current and other news items on my site. You might also consider the Leica X-Vario which builds on the principle of simplicity and precision. Any of the X cameras will aid learning and yield excellent results for fixed lens cameras. I have the X2. It is a nice camera. Not sure what you want to know.

It sounds you are entering photography. If so, I would suggest X-vario or something similar and more flexible. 

X2 has a fix prime lens, it's not as flexible as X-vario, but that is an important feature people are after. Usually more experiences photographers would appreciate, but may not be so as a starting camera.
