Taken from a risky position....

A sort of self portrait of me with my daughter, climbing at dawn on a rock over a small glacier, Italian Dolomites.

Well secured M8 with Summicron 35

The small glacier can be seen at the center of this "fake-panorama"...

That is simply a cropping of a shot taken with Elmarit 21 Asph

Luigi, you're in one of the most beautiful places in the world and your photos do it justice. I particularly like the detail of the second against that sky. Any more?

Thank You, Jonathan... really fantastic places... I am so lucky to live in a town 2.5 hours from... hereby you can see the shadows of the peaks at the right of the above "panoram" against another peak in front of them, the morning after (from the hut you can recognize in the pano)

It's hard to appreciate the scale of that rockface...I used to live in Bolzano. Unfortunately I didn't have a camera back then...Enjoy your time there and post more shots!
