I was amazed you could shoot with a 400mm  lens handheld and still be sharp!

 In my way of thinking  that debunks  the myth you need a tripod . If an 86 old man can do it you can too🤭

Forget the shutter speed. That's just good IS. I'm more amazed an 86 year old man can even lift an SL with a 100-400mm lens attached. 😉
