🙈 Q2 to Leica Fotos Question

Hi All

A rather simple question perhaps, however your help would be much appreciated 

I have been able to download photos from my Q2 to Leica Fotos no problem at all, now all of a sudden, I can connect, but NOT download, set the pictures chosen to download, then app sits at 0/5 downloading, but nothing happens

I have reset the camera, un installed the app. Re set up etc, to no avail... Naturally I can download via the SD Card

Any help would be fantastic.

You can only download  each format (DNG,JPG) to the same phone once through the app.

Thank you re the file types, was doing each as a seperate file.

Un installed everything again, reset Q2 and after some 6 minutes of stalling on downloading, the download started, little frustrating
