I have been using Sony 90mm on A7R4 and then SL2 with Sigma 105 Macro to digitize my old film.

Yesterday I tested NISI Close-up Lens Kit II 77mm adapter. It is the poor man macro option just like the leprosariums 52.

This one is for lenses of 70-300 mm. I have tested it on the 75SL , the 67 adapter ring is included.

This get the camera close enough to get a 6x7 Film in focus and get excellent  details then a dedicated macro lens. It does not focus closer that that on 75mm, you will need a longer lens to get you to 1:1.

It is recommended to use f8-f11

I think the best option currently is to use the Sigma macro 105mm with a 2x extender. That gives a 5.6/210 with AF. Or using manual lenses like the R 100 Apo macro (with the close up lens and/or Apo extender). I find the results excellent.

I also use a Nikon micro 70-180 that is very easy to handle, or a Contax 4/80-200 that gives amazing results at 200mm (contax has very nice colors).

For 6x7 film maybe try also multishot. You could be positively surprised.
