Your other version is much better. The look of the model, her pose, your composition, everything looks really good. But I do not like the bright background exactly behind her face. To me it makes it difficult to concentrate on her face and the left part of her face merges (I hope this is the right word) more or less with the bright background. Hope not to bother you (and for sure not your beautiful model)

Thanks for the feedback and I appreciate and ask for it. I may be able to darken the white patch a little more to salvage. *merges works*

I agree that the background is problematic. It's distracting and defeats the separation between her face and what's behind. I also don't much like the out of focus arm that appears to plunge from her chin to the bottom of the frame. Otherwise, I like the angle and her expression.

I quite like the softness of the bokeh from the Apo-Summicron-M 1:2/50 ASPH.
