Is it 'waste' of a good lens using it for shooting film? Tri-X and Portra 400 for example? How good is the 50mm APO when shooting film? Do you have some examples when shot with film? tgray Posted March 16, 2021 Share #5 Posted March 16, 2021 I wouldn’t say wasted, but maybe not able to extract all the potential. Tri-X specifically has pretty low resolution.
