Thanks for the feedback, I will check it carefully. Did you get a replacement for your strap ?

No, I just decided to stop being OCD and accept it as character. It wasn't worth the hassle of trying to communicate the issue then deal with international shipping. At least it is level!

I commented without seeing the picture but indeed, it's not a big deal ;)

While certainly no reason to buy or use a case, when I am out with the Q with the leather case I get more questions about how old the camera is and if it is a film camera.  I like the feel of the case and a bit of extra protection can't hurt.

This is my A&A (picture - Leica X2). No opening for SD-card, tripod or battery, but I get access to those approx. as fast as Lucky Luke.

I go for the PD sling. Acknowledge the disadvantage with metal-pieces, but quick adjustment is very important when skiing, hiking etc (IMO).

Cheers...

Artie di Mano gets my vote.

I got the stealth version for Q-P.  The quality leather, the hand stitching and overall craftsmanship..... it’s hard to beat.  And it fits perfectly.

Reporting in. I bought the Arte di Mano black stealth case for my Q2 monochrom and finally received it. Since I have a Q2 as well, I wanted to have a different case than the stock Leica one. I didn't like the seam on the Oberwerth cases and, while I love my Luigi cases for my M10s, they have a handmade look, which I like for my M10R, but I didn't want that for the more minimalist Q2s.

Anyway, the Arte di Mano stealth case is nice and while I can afford it, the price isn't worth it. For $250, sure, but $559 counting shipping and a five week wait? Not really. The box it came in was kind of dinged from poor packaging, not a big deal, but for that kind of money they could pack it more carefully and have it delivered by a flock of passenger pigeons. It's fine, it does the job, but I would have been better off searching harder online since calling this "the best of the best" just doesn't hold up.
