SiggiGun Posted February 2, 2021 Share #3 Posted February 2, 2021 I have this lens in the M3 version. I should do some images with the M10. ;-). I used it in the past. The lens is very sharp in the center with a more classic rendering. Color is more cold then modern lenses, in my opinion...
colint544 Posted February 2, 2021 Share #4 Posted February 2, 2021 The Summaron 2.8 is a firm favourite of mine. Here's a shot I took, on the west coast of Scotland with the Summaron on a Leica M4, with Ilford Delta 400 film. Welcome, dear visitor! Keith (M) Posted February 2, 2021 Share #5 Posted February 2, 2021 I bought my 1967 example some eight years ago - what a little gem. The build-quality and materials are top class and the results whether on film or digital are always very pleasing. M7, Tri-X. Welcome, dear visitor! Looking at the Summaron photos I have uploaded to Flickr over that period shows that majority usage has been with film - which rather surprised me. It seems to have spent most of the time on the 0.58 MP ALC (which I sold a year ago) then on M7. Anyway, were I to sell any lens, this would be pretty much last on the list.
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! M9. wizard Posted February 2, 2021 Share #11 Posted February 2, 2021 vor 2 Stunden schrieb Wonzo: What is the M3 version please ? That's the one with goggles (as the M3 has no 35mm lines in the viewfinder, so the goggles transform the 50mm lines into 35mm lines).
