I am trying to see which is the Best alternative to using a NON SL lens on my SL camera. I have read about the Sigma 45 and the New 65 lenses for L mount but I am curious to see if one of the other Leica camera lenses will work and with FF not AP-C   Thanks

Also, would I need an adaptor

In my opinion, the Panasonic l-mount lenses are stellar! I’ve tried the 50, 24-70, 70-200 f2.8 and even the 20-60.. all of them produce sharp stunning contrasty images.. they’re also very good for video if you care about it.. the clutch and the focus ring are super smooth..

ive returned the 70-200 f2.8 and 24-70 f2.8 because I got reasonably good deals on the Leica 24-90 and 90-280.. the 70-200 f2.8 pretty much weighs as much as the 90-280.. the 70-200 f4 is a good alternative, much lighter and smaller, cheaper too

in sigma I would suggest the 85 DG DN 1.4 and the 105 macro..
