Daniel C.1975 Posted January 10, 2021 Share #1  Posted January 10, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi Guys, I had Lightroom 6.14 and have upgraded this week to Lightroom CC with LR CC Classic Version 10.1. Reason for the update was mainly that LR6.14 was slow with the last OS and ridiculous slow after my update to Big Sur. LrC 10.1 is again properly fast. Now I've lost my NIK-collection - uninstalled it, tried to reinstall but it is not compatible with Big Sur (I still had the free version) - so it's gone - not good Secondly, practically all my relevant presets are now shown in cursive (means they are only partly compatible with the raw-files of the SL2-S) and do not work properly anymore (VSCO is due to Lightroom CC), but also the Replichrome II Fuji slides do not work with the SL2-S - with the M10P files they are not cursive and work as the should. LR CC Classic works so far properly with some oddities (when zooming in to 100% pictures look dull and do not reflect any adjustment - that's also really bad..)  However, do you know if LR does already fully support the SL2-S, or do I need to wait for the next update. In fact, I thought with .dng this should not be an issue(?)  Thanks and cheers Daniel
Advertisement Posted January 10, 2021 Posted January 10, 2021 Hi Daniel C.1975, Take a look here Full Support of SL2-S by Lightroom CC Classic 10.1??. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
LocalHero1953 Posted January 13, 2021 Share #2  Posted January 13, 2021 (edited) I have no problems with either. As a windows user I have none of the autocratic and arbitrary behaviour of Apple to deal with😉. Nik is still there. You may be able to repair your presets - it's probably just one of the tools/adjustments that has evolved too far for your old preset to map; I have had this before. I doubt it's anything to do with the SL2-S specifically. It may be that your old preset specified a colour profile that Adobe doesn't use anymore. Take a new dng, apply the old preset and check all the tools/siders are doing what you want. Then update the preset.
