Approximately a 1959 lens, version 1, from the serial number.

HOWEVER the forum wiki shows the wrong diagram for the optics, ( as well as other errors) which are more like the 50 Summarit f/1.5 that the Summilux replaced, but with different glass types. Two thin flatish uncemented rear elements.

A word of caution - there is a reason it was replaced with the version 2 after only 2 years. Weaker performance.

And always take a grain of salt with serial numbers/years - there is not always a perfect correlation between the number, type, date and the lists.

Years ago, I've owned one replaced by black later model which was "better on film", sold very cheap ( here )

Version I  of Summilux 50mm has serial number to 1,844,000 so like mine 1,68x,xxx is "I" with optical cell Xenon/Summarit 1.5 Style.
