Not only the "building" was limited to a mere protection against sun, but there was no runway - there are large solid surfaces in the desert -, no radar or other approach or landing aid. But the four-engined "regular" aircraft did not miss a weekly liaison. Things have changed quite a bit in more than half a century! Welcome, dear visitor!
