Is not that the same mount? A half frame lens on a full frame camera is (in theory) not the optimal combination. On the other hand - namely - some people use M-lenses on a Hasselblad large format sensor without vignetting.

I think the original question is about the T2 mount, as used in many telescope and other "universal" lenses. Not to be confused with the Leica T2.

I can't find such an adapter, but I haven't trawled the depths of ebay adapters. You may need to use 2 adapters: L-to-M (or any historical SLR mount), and then T2 for that mount.
