How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Files” and s

Winter Warmers - it's not such a terrible Winter, relative to some locations. I do get tired of consistently blue cloudless skies and contrasty light. I have hade the SL2S a little over a year now and it's good pairing it with the SL3. The SL2 is in a bag for utility use mainly with the 90-280 lens in the right conditions. The 601 is wrapped up in the cupboard for extreme emergencies.   21 Super Elmar M Lens

King Street - 21 SEM Back in the day I had a basement studio in this street. What can I say? I was 26 years old, it was the 80's and everything was brilliant until it wasn't. I was doing Theatre work, Music Industry promos, Modelling comps, Fashion shoots, smaller advertising jobs and anything else to pay the bills. I didnt like doing weddings however some rural couples liked my "reality doco" (street style) approach for wedding photography of which included the usual formal shots.
