canlogic Posted August 21, 2007 Share #1 Posted August 21, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) This maybe a stupid question. I bought a CV15 and a Milich adapter. The question is do you have to line up the adapter when screwing it on to the lens or do you just screw it on in any position. Also when codeing the lens do I use both white and black nail polish or do I just need to "paint" the appropriate black indentation. Thanks

stephengilbert Posted August 21, 2007 Share #2 Posted August 21, 2007 You don't have to line anything up; screw the lens onto the adapter and it should end up in the correct orientation when you're done. I only used the black paint and the camera recognizes the lens, but I seem to recall others claiming they needed white, too. I'd just use the black mark first and see what happens.
