L bracket for M3 ?

Does anyone know a small L-bracket with arca swiss compatible dovetail profile that would fit on an M3?
The L-brackets that I have found are more or less built for cameras with a central tripod thread.
The M3 has the tripod thread almost at the very edge or 16 mm from the edge and most of the L-brackets would protrude quite far from the camera housing.
Does anyone know something like that?

I don't believe any manufacturer made a true L style plate for analog M series Leica's.  Really Right Stuff stopped making their Leica M plate several years ago and they are getting harder to find and expensive when you do find one. Currently, the Acratech Arca-Swiss plate for Leica M may be your only choice. It allows reloading without having to remove the plate and it holds the camera well and has side risers to keep the camera from shifting. https://www.acratech.net/leica-m-m6-custom-plate-by-acratech/

Thank you, it is not a L but with a ballhead it should be possible to turn in vertical mode too.

Try asking Arca-Swiss or Samy's Camera if this L-bracket fits Leica M film cameras:

Perhaps you can find a bracket, where you can (let) drill an extra hole on the right place.

But i am missing the "L-Part" for mounting it vertically
I just ordered a Feisol Ballhead for my new tripod and a simple quickmount plate.
It is not perfect, but ot works…

Try this 'Sunwayfoto L-type Quick-Release Plates DPL-06R'. It allows the screw to be laterally positioned and suitable for cameras where the thread hole is not centered.
