Today I had my beloved Super-Elmar 3.8/18 lens with me to capture the autumnal light.

What I do is quite simple. I mix in more or less sepia to photos with enhanced colors. The sepia reduces the color intensity again.

Here are two more examples from today.

My shadow can be seen at bottom of photo, with tripod. My hand is up to block an errant street light from shining into the lens.

Boston Sunrise.
I am not an airline pilot.

I have heard pilots talking about how their plane "wants to fly" at takeoff and they have to control/ temper-down the plane until the exact moment the plane safely should fly.
Have I lost you yet? Well, here is what I'm talking about. At post-processing today, my 28mm Summaron reissue colors were simply radiant
I had to hold back the processing for fear the photo would look over processed. LOVE this lens.
Boston's Longfellow Bridge is seen at this morning's amazing sunrise.

Three from Hosokawa garden in Tokyo. It's a 15-minute walk from my workplace, so I went there on a break. The first one is a stitched pano. It'll be illuminated from tonight, so I'll try to go there next Monday to get some evening shots.
