How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

M10R with 2 day old Voigtlander M APO Lanthar 28mm f2.  Slightly cropped and coded in camera as Summicron 28, provides brighter corners.

M10-R, Voigtlaender Snapshot-Skopar 25mm f4,  Very heavily cropped, not sharpened.  I toned down the colors a bit.

The lens lay forgotten for many years in a box of old photography junk. I rediscovered it by chance. It is from 1999.  I am surprised how beautifully this super tiny lens renders.

No other Leica lens offers for me such a relaxing shot, and the rendering is also among the best you can get at Leica. IMHO of course.🙂

I'm posting these two photos just to show colour accuracy (at least, to my eye & recollection) of the M10R.  These are processed in C1P v12, without any adjustments.  

They also illustrate the difficulty of using the 35mm APO-Summicron for close-focusing in bright sunlight, when you don't have an EVF to hand!  (Oh, and I don't clean the cars - this was at Autofarm on a dusty morning, earlier this year.)

,Local temple near the "protected" rice fields in Sanur Bali, Indonesia. Shot on an M10R with a Voightlander 35MM F1.7 lens new to me. The detail of the lens is excellent. M10-R Zeiss C Sonnar 50mm  f=1.5.

If you forget that with the 50mm Sonnar it could also be sharp, then everything is fine. 😉
