I have a new to me M8. It's probably a fairly early one and I would like to know the number of shutter actuations for curiosities sake. I have Opanda IExif 2.3 and when I open a shot in it I get a field called Unique Frame ID but it is all zeros. I understand there is a field with a hex number that can be converted (no problem as I'm an old IBM man that worked in HEX most of my working life). Does anyone know if Opanda will work or do https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ https://showbox.tools/  I need something else and if so what? Thanks in advance. ------ Found something called Jeffery's Exif viewer that showed the number. My Opanda just returned zeros but Jeffery's says I have 3929 actuations. What is the average number on a used body --- I know that's a dumb question depending on a lot of variables but I see a lot of numbers passed around so there must be a somewhat average somewhere.

Or, look in the EXIF file for the Unique Image ID field for your last image in a normal viewer, Lightroom for example. Copy this number and find a free Hexadecimal converter on the web, paste your number in and press the button, the number of actuations will be shown.
