I need to carry out more test.

Its strange with 150-600 on tracking for me, it tracks the bird but it thinks its in focus when its not. I can literally see its blurry but its locking into the movement of the bird. Very strange.... Some have selected AFS (must be at medium drive speed & not faster) for continuous shooting and shared their experience to have higher focus success rate. Interesting, but wouldn’t that mean it’s not going to change focus after your hit the shutter even if the bird is moving? I thought the whole point of tracking is to have AFC

In that case, whats the benefit of afc is comparison to afs, shouldnt I just use afs always?

In real life, the difference is not great as you can still get focused pic but the focus point just isn't on the spot you wanted.

I'll try staying on AFs with zone and tracking to see if I increase the hit rate tomorrow!
