scott kirkpatrick Posted October 19, 2020 Share #1  Posted October 19, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) Can't find a recent active SL2 video thread, so I'l ask here -- does 2.0 let you run more than 29 minutes? The Panasonic S1 with its V-Log (paid) firmware update can do that, as can the S1-H but not the S1-R. This limitation is not for heat control, but an ancient customs rule that separates still from video cameras. At one time there was a difference in duties owed, but I think that has gone away. Anyway, the 29 minute limit is a serious nuisance in filming concerts and theatre productions.
