Using high ISO (3200, 6400, ...) with the SL2

I just picked up the S1 for very low light situations.  I may exchange it for the S5, though.  I only plan to use it in very low light for stills, but sometimes I shoot close up and need to stop down.  The smaller body of the S5 would be easier to fit in my bag which always has the SL2, and a trio of APO Summicron-SLs - the 35, 50 and 90.
