mjmoore Posted August 14, 2020 Share #1 Â Posted August 14, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) New SL2 and the app will not connect to the camera - I have tried everything I can think of from resetting the camera to deleting and reinstalling the app... Here is what Leica FOTOS in Germany told me ( for my iPhone):  Try and pair your SL2 to FOTOS..  While it is trying to connect, go to your phone's bluetooth settings.  The camera should be listed as a possible bluetooth connection on the phone . Delete it from the phone.  Then delete the FOTOS app and reinstall.  As the OP said, make sure you have 2.0 on your camera. All that said, I tried every possible iteration of deletions/resets prior to the advice from Germany.  When I got its I turned on the SL2 and FOTOS and it worked like a charm without doing any of the steps I have listed above.  Its a mystery. mjmoore Posted August 14, 2020 Author Share #4  Posted August 14, 2020 Thanks rjsphd - got it working. Finally tried the one thing that I didn't do - restart my phone. Evidently this cleared the bug. The app paired flawlessly with my first SL2, so I knew it probably was my error.
