skor Posted July 1, 2020 Share #1  Posted July 1, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi guys, I just got the sf-24d but for some reason it does not work in TTL mode on my M6TTL. Other modes are working, I also have the sf26 that works in TTL mode. The sf-24d works in TTL on my M9. Any thoughts on what may be the cause? Thanks Welcome, dear visitor! jaapv Posted July 1, 2020 Share #2 Â Posted July 1, 2020 The D means Digital... The flash supports the M-TTL system, used on M8 and later.

M9reno Posted July 5, 2020 Share #6  Posted July 5, 2020 So, just to be clear: The sf-20 does NOT support TTL flash in the M8 and later digital M cameras, BUT the sf-24d does. The sf-24d is backwards compatible and supports TTL flash in ALL M film + digital cameras with TTL flash function (M6TTL, M7, M8, M9, M240, M10). Presumably both flashes equally support TTL flash in all R cameras with TTL flash function, going back to the R5?
