TL-D Posted June 7, 2020 Share #1 Posted June 7, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) Morning all, I’m new to the forum and would appreciate feedback. I have recently bought an M6 TTL and simply love the feel. I also have a CL with 23mm and 35mm lenses. Is there any way I can use these lenses on the M6? jaapv Posted June 7, 2020 Share #2 Posted June 7, 2020 Welcome to the Forum. Short answer to your question: No. TL lenses have a far shorter flange register distance than M lenses, in other words you cannot get them close enough to the film, they have focus and aperture mechanisms that are operated electrically - so those will not work, aperture control is in the camera and not on the lens, and they will not cover full frame.
