Bo-Sixten Posted March 26, 2020 Share #1 Posted March 26, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) The 24 MP resolution on my M10 is quite enough for my normal use and prints, mostly A3+ size, and I would have bought the M10 Monochrom even with a 24 MP sensor. But the ability to crop a 41 MP photo down to in this case 5.3 MP size gives you opportunity to make some usable photos out of otherwise not good framing with the wrong focal length mounted. This photo is taken with M10M and 50mm Noctilux F1 v.2 at 2.8 with yellow filter. 7x crop corresponding to a 350mm lens. Prints in A4 looks quite usable. First the crop, then the original. LeicaS2 Posted March 26, 2020 Share #4 Posted March 26, 2020 Given that my first digital camera was 3mp, and for 5x7s what was quite adequate, I agree that you now have a 50-400 zoom on your camera.
